Another awesome product from Precision Raceworks! I bought this as soon as it was released, so instructions were limited. However, Precision Raceworks was extremely helpful with questions about wiring. I already had the 535 Pump kit from them which also made this upgrade worth it.
-Wiring is straight forward, cut your exterior old harness connector off and wire in the Power and Ground to the included new connector. Red to Red/White and Black to Brown.
-Next, wire the float wires to the new connector. Black wires from the new connector will connect to float wires that are mostly Black with colored stripes. Pin location does not matter.
-Then, you are left with two Green float wires from the new Connector that will need to be connected to the Red wire with a Black stripe and the Brown wire with a Black stripe.
Done
Moving on to the inside of the gas tank you will have to also cut that connector and use the other provided New connector to wire in.
-If you have the 535 Pump you will have Red and White Wires coming from the Pump. Red=Power and White=Ground.
-First connect the Red wire from the new Connector to the Red wire from the Pump and the Black wire from the new Connector to the White wire from the Pump.
-Next connect the Green wires to the Float that is attached to the Fuel Pump assembly. Green wire to Green and Green wire to Black, Both are interchangeable anyways.
-Finally you are left with two black wire which will connect to the two Float wires that are inside the Gas Tank. (This is located on the other OEM connector that you had split when taking out the Fuel Pump Assembly).
Should then be done with wiring!
